Viewing Browser Control Settings

The Browser Control feature prevents websites from altering Internet Explorer's settings, such as the default home page. It also blocks pop-up windows. Browser Control is enabled by default.

To view Browser Control status:

1. Open Shaw Secure.
2. Click Virus & Spy Protection.
3. The status of Virus & Spy Protection components, including Browser Control, is displayed. To change Browser Control status, click the Disable or Enable link.
