Turning the Internet Shield On Or Off
To turn Internet Shield on or off, follow the instructions below.
Turn Internet Shield On/Off from Taskbar Icon:
- Right-click your Shaw Secure icon and select Internet Shield.
- Click Allow all network traffic to turn off Internet Shield or click Allow all network traffic to remove the checkmark and turn on Internet Shield.
Turn Internet Shield On/Off from Shaw Secure Control Console:
- Right-click your Shaw Secure icon and select Open Shaw Secure.
- Click the Internet Shield button.
- Click C.
- From the menu, select your desired level of security for Internet Shield. For example, Normal or None. Click Ok.
- Click Ok to close the Shaw Secure window.
