Turning Spyware On or Off
You can set Anti-Spyware to scan your computer on startup.
- Open Anti-Spyware from your Start menu.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Click the Startup button.
- In the Startup Settings window, select the type of scan you wish Anti-Spyware to perform when you start your computer.
Options are: - No Automated scanning: Anti-Spyware will not scan on startup.
- Perform smart system scan: Anti- Spyware will perform a smart scan on startup.
- Perform full system scan: Anti-Spyware will perform a comprehensive system scan on startup.
- Use custom scan settings: Anti-Spyware will use user-configured scan settings on startup.
- When you are satisfied with your startup options selection, click Proceed to save your settings.
Note: Features with a green check mark are active; features with a red X are inactive.
